I'm trying to figure out what the best combination of gems/enchants I can go with on gear to optimize my tanking for Ulduar. Also, any possible suggestions on what trinkets I need to keep any eye on for specific stat bonuses and so forth.

Here is my armory link: The World of Warcraft Armory (http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Azuremyst&n=Steakdinner)

I greatly appreciate any constructive criticisms and advice offered.

Love,

Master Steak

Yea you would be fine to fine to tank Ulduar 10 but i would suggest you try to get more expertise before you do since you are pretty far from the soft cap. If you replace some of those +8 parry/12 stam gems for +8 expertise/12 stams it would help ALOT.

Never ever gem for parry.

also wondering if I should replace the chest and shield enchants (stats and titanium plating, respectively) with defense rating to regem the meta in the helmet (32 stam and 2% armor.)

Try using chardev.org v6 ~ a World of Warcraft character planner (http://chardev.org) to test your gear changes, it will show you how diff gear changes your stats.
