Arms warrior looking for help!!

I need help with anything as a arms warrior my fellow guildies that are arms warriors do more dps than I and we are similar geared last night we were in ulduar and on razorscale and other bosses they do like 5k dps and was doing like 3.5k dps my rotation is rend/MS/execute/OP please tell me if i need to change anything in my talent tree or change anything with my gear.

Yes, fix your spec and it should help you out quite a bit.
