Hi,
the hitcap for taunt is at 17% right?
So with the glyph (8%) and the hit-debuff (3%) i would need 6% +hit from items. Or does the SP debuff have no impact on taunt?

Wait, what?

Why not? It counts as a spell, doesn't it?

Ha ha ha.

Taunt is a spell for determining chances to hit and for buffs that will affect that.

17% is the miss chance vs a boss, 6% vs a level 82 mob. Imp FF and Misery both help, as do any +spell hit talents you class has (only DK's reasonably, I think). Bear in mind if you are melee hit capped at 8%, you'll have a little over 10% reduced chance to miss spells, so with one of the debuffs up you only have a 5% chance to miss a taunt. That's half of why I'm always reluctant to glyph taunts.
