dodge and vezax

basically looking at trinkets here. for the fight against general vezax i am stacking a dodge set. i would like some opinions as to which trinket to use.

with the furnace stone and valor medal i can sit around 28% dodge static, using the heart of iron and the valor medal i can proc to 32% dodge but somewhere around 26% dodge static. i like to use the trinkets after kite to give me an edge whilst my healers get in range. so dodge on demand, or stack static dodge rate?

Heart of iron without question. Then if youre really set on avoidance go with the valor medal. but as for your second trinket both are good.

The bigger question why are you kiting? Spec into imp disciplines and reglyph with shield wall and last stand. Your healers should not have a hard time keeping you up. And if they do when your using last stand you should pop shield block and trinkets. And if that isnt enough get a guardian spirit/pain suppression/hand of sac CD rotation on your last stands.

believe me stop kiting and shave a good amount of time off your kill each week.

ive got both glyphs and spec. are you LS+trink the first, then SW the second and back to LS+trink for the third?

lol yea thats a guild some of my buddies made. we keep alts in it.. and inv randoms claiming its our feeder guild :)

I shield wall first. Then Ill use Last Stand, Shield block and Trinket (and enraged regen when its up). I call for extra heals when im using last stand. And yea it just switches off shield wall -> last stand -> shield wall etc.

But thats basically it man. As the fight gets down to the wire (sub 50%) Ill ask for a wings If I here healers are low on mana. And if it continues Ill ask for pain supression or the pallys hand of sac. But they shouldnt really be needed. And that is only when im using last stand. The shield wall phase you cant even tell he got a dmg buff.


Healers have to work a little harder to keep a warrior up during this.. so we typically use a DK. But we one shot this guy with me tanking the other week.


p.s. we never even tried to kite cause it would just confuse the retards in our raids. this makes it easier on everyone.
