Hello everyone ^.^
I currently am main spec dps, first time tank for my guild but since we lost our DK tank I am taking his place on certain bosses in Ulduar one of which is General Vezax. My current tanking set up is blood which is fine for just a normal kill.

Now that my guild is ready to take down this encounter and its hardmode we been doing some talking about specs and we come to a agreement that frost tanking for this would be best because of the unbreakable armor etc.
Now search through a few forums I am finding it harder to find a upto date Frost tanking build.
I did come across in this forum the following two builds :

I basically just need some outside comments on your thoughts on the frost builds to help me aid my search for the right spec.
