My death knight that is. By now I am around the 4-5k mark ++ in 25 man ulduar, and this is a guy in my guilds death knight (it is his main aswell) and I do more dps than him. Is it me doing a ok job, him being very bad, or are we just both noobs? :)

That is my mate.

As I said, we both pull around 4-5k, with me being a bit over.

So basically my question is if I am doing damage below my gear level, or if it is ok.

Another note that I find strange, is that I sometimes, no matter how high someone else's dps is, I put out more damage than them. For example someone is pulling 4.8k while I do 4.5k, sometimes I am above, even tho they have higher dps.

Note: Gonna change the enchant on the cloak, dont really know why I use it :P Everything > Haste for dk's :)

Thanks in advance

EDIT: Btw he is unholy, I play blood. My rotation goes the standard way: IT-PS-HS-HS-DS-Runic Dump,,,, DS-HS-HS-HS-HS-Runic dump

And btw, is it worth gemming and enchanting for expertise up to cap, instead of str/ap?

This is going to be no help to you, but if anyone if going to answer could you help me as well please.
I normally do about 3.3k dps and peaking at about 3.6k dps (in single target fights, ones with adds have my dps much higher). This is with my unholy spec, I'm still learning blood.
Is that about right for my level of gear?
And also, should I gem for expertise rather than strength?

PS. I know my hit rating is low, but I get around that by eating hit food until I hit the cap with gear.
