i got my death knight to 80 in february time and it became my main.
never really had any problems tanking any pre-3.1 content with my rotations and whatnot.
although, now in ulduar with all the new gear and everyone getting even better dps im not exactly coping.

I'll leave my armory link. if you see any major problems with my spec or anything (its the frost one) i'd really like to know, as my guilds not very happy with me. pleeease help :)

I am not big on dk's but why d&d off the bat when it is single target. Why not go Icy touch, FS, OB, rune strike when it is up?

I do know D&D is a rune hog and you may be able to get more single strikes in (i.e more aggro) on a single target then doing D&D.

Your gear is fine, it's your spec. Your spec looks more like a dps/pvp spec with a few tanking talents added in. Basically your attack power is quite low and you're not doing enough damage. Why are you wasting points on Runic Power Mastery? Any time you have excess RP simply use Frost Strike or Rune Strike, it's a useless tanking talent. Drop Merciless Combat, Icy Talons, Imp Icy Talons, and Lichborne. Pick up Bladed Armor, 2Handed Weapon Specialisation, Black Ice and Annihlation.

Try something like Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#j0EMZhxx0AbIoc0iost0go)

Your attack power will go up considerably, you'll be doing more passive damage with your 2hander, your frost damage will increase, and you'll be able to spam Obliterate with reapplying your diseases.
