I've seen so very many tanks post and somewhere in their posts they say they have some ridiculous amount of HP buffed.

I think the highest I saw was a DK with 52k buffed. How in the hell do you accomplish this? My gear is the best of all the tanks in my guild and I believe so is my HP and I only have about 42-43k buffed.

I'm in some ulduar gear, so I dont think ulduar upgrades have THAT much more stam. I however dont have a stam trinket, so that may be the case. Another possibility is Being a JC with The monarch crab and all those pretty dragonseye stam gems.

Any thoughts?

pretty sure it has something to do with a DK blood spec and some sort of CD. its not just a static 52 HP buffed. (atleast I think its not)

JC with Duel stam trinkets helps a lot with the HP issue

I have seen some nice HP on dk's too. I have 43k HP buffed with flask and well fed. But then again i'm only in 3 peices of 10Ulduar gear and 2 25Ulduar pieces, with no Tier gear yet. So I can see how these dks are getting that much, if you have full T8.5 and what not. Here's my armory, like I said not the best gear, but i'm working on it.

The World of Warcraft Armory (http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Tichondrius&n=Grovenator)

Yes the JC gems are very nice for HP.

Haha. Yeah, don't expect to get near that.

Using my current gear, (subbing in DK tier for my tier pieces), I end up with ~48.7k HP raid buffed with a typical blood spec. I top out at 44.1k as is.

Get used to it.

*edit - Didn't check your armory til after I posted. You're a DK, you'll get there. 2x stam trinkets help hugely.

To my post above this is one reason us Blood tanks have more HP. Veteran of the Third War - Spell - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=50029)

Like with my current HP that %6 gives me an extra 124stam. So there's an extra 1240 HP. Now when you do buffs on top of that it just get's higher. Like Greater Blessing of Kings - Spell - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=25898) since I have 2200 stam instead of 2076 it gives me 2.2k HP rather then 2K. I know that's only 200 HP but unbuffed with that talent it gives me over 1k HP. IMO that's quite a bit. Especially when you get into the better gear in 25Ulduar. So in 52k HP buffed is very possible.

Warriors get that same skill and paladins get a better version of it.. just fyi

I wasn't aware of that. but I was comparing the difference between the 3 specs of dk's. Figured that the other tank was a dk but frost or unholy and wondering why with the same gear why the hp was low.
