Sigil of Deflection Vs. Unfaltering Knight

I am yet to get the Sigil of Deflection to test it out, but was wondering which sigil is better? Even though Deflection obviously has more avoidance, its not consistantly up (5second) as opposed to Unfaltering's (30second) up time.

Deflection has significantly more avoidance but does anyone have any maths behind waht % uptime it has during a given fight?

You're not counting Defense adding to miss, which adds little more avoidance to Unfaultering. One thing you need to remember though is that Deflection increases your dodge significantly which will also increase the amount of Rune Strike procs, the trinket has great synergy.
