I have been spent the last 2 years looking and trolling this website getting the best darn information I can find anywhere about tanking and I find myself needing the help/advice of the wise council that I have come to enjoy here.

In my guild I spend 1/2 the raids as OT in 25 mans and the other 1/2 the time as the MT for 10 Man Udluar.

In 25 man's I'm expected to dps on fights in Naxx 25 where only one tank is needed or another tank's dps spec / gear is still lacking. I have been using this spec (The World of Warcraft Armory (http://www.wowarmory.com/talent-calc.xml?cid=1&tal=3502000021000000000000000000000304000000000000 000000000000050351225000012521330113321)) to OT and MT Ulduar but I feel the spec is not up to snuff for MT'ing in ulduar.

Any advise on a spec that will work for both rolls and still leave my dps spec in tact or do I just need to bite the bullet and let the RL's know that I have decided to lose my DPS spec?

Edit:
Have switched to this spec for the next two nights of 25 mans in a test mode The World of Warcraft Armory (http://www.wowarmory.com/talent-calc.xml?cid=1&tal=0500000000000000000000000000000320500000000000 000000000000053351225000212521330113321)

Thanks for the help!!

The conventional DW spec should work nicely for any role, and I see you have a variation of it. My only concern would be not ahving imp-TC available in U10 (in larger raids it's easy to have someone on TC duty, but it can be hard in 10 mans without the right make up).

I personally don't believe in strict MT/OT roles, in my guild we have 3 tanks (warrior, pally, DK), we all have Tank/DPS specs and we switch around depending on which class is best for an encounter or who feels like tanking.
