You have avoided several tanking abilites.
By far most importantly the 15% armor from Toughness...that is a mandatory talent.

Some other advice is to ignore the ghouls altogether. They will not help you tank nearly as well as other talents would.

Unholy blight is fine to take, but impurity might not get you much, because blood is mostly based on melee attacks.

Vampiric blood is also a nice skill to have as a blood tank.

You will be able to survive with this build, but it certainly is not ideal for anything particular.

Vanthus just about hit the nail on the head.

As a blood tank, there are several things that are ill advised or strongly valuable that you have missed:
1.) Toughness is foolish not to take as a tank, so is Imp IT unless you have a prot warrior or bear who is principally responsible for the full de-hasting debuff on mobs (and none of them can maintain it as effectively on as many targets as you).

2.) As a blood tank, Imp Rune Tap and Vamp Blood (especially the latter) are HUGE tanking values that you would be wise to take and use frequently and smartly.

3.) Perma-ghoul is a waste of your points as a tank. It's nice to know he'll be around, but it's doing absolutely nothing for your tanking. Summon your ghouls by all means when you can, have him hit stuff and die when it's his time, but don't bother talenting him, there are too many better places to put points as a tank.

4.) Pick a theme and play to it. What I mean is, deep blood relies on heavy physical damage and little more (constituting roughly 75-85% of your total dmg and more than that of your threat). With a deep blood spec UB is sadly weak, and hardly worth scraping to get, much less Impurity since that would only be buffing UB, DC, BB, and DnD. While delving this deep into Unholy could start to get some of the nice buffs to make UB worthwhile, you're losing major buffs to your Blood abilities, namely Blood-Gorged. B-G amounts to a mega buff to your Blood-theme, as 10% armor ignore is in itself a massive buff to HS, RS, DS, and melee swings, and the 10% extra dmg to everything when your health is high is just pure bonus that becomes more and more useful the larger your health pool becomes.

So, to make the most of your threat abilities, play to one theme or the other, rely on the heavy physical beating of Blood or the heavy magic beating of Unholy. Straddle the two and you'll be weak at both, and the net result will be lower (synergy, i.e. compounding bonuses is what the DK trees are all about).
