I have these 3 trinkets, and was wondering which should i use as a prot paladin?

Indestructible Alchemist's Stone Indestructible Alchemist's Stone - Item - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=44323)
Essence of Gossamer Essence of Gossamer - Item - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=37220)
Lavanthor's Talisman Lavanthor's Talisman - Item - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=37872)

Which two trinkets do you think would be best for me?
I noticed in some of the gear guides the Essence of Gossamer trinket isnt included, i have 25k health unbuffed with it. But my block goes from like 18% to 13% when i use the gossamer trinket over the block trinket.

Do prot pallys need it that much or what? Any suggestions? Thanks

Edit: Just going prot today as well, anyone have any glyph suggestions? My gear is good for nax. Will look around this forum more.
Sorry if this is in wrong section.

Edit2: Thinking about buying Bracers of Dalaran's Parapets - Item - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40734) for 500g, although is parry even that good for pallys? Should i just wait for wrist from nax.

The trinkets really fit in different sets tbh. The Stone (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=44323) and are probably better for your MT set.

Glyphs you want to use are [url=http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45745]Divine Plea (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=37220Essence[/url), Vengeance (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=43869), and Salvation (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45747). Judgement (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=41092) and Righteous Defense (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=41100) are also options for that third spot.

Bracers of the Unholy Knight (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40306) are really better than the Bracers of Dalaran's Parapets (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40734) overall, but both are very legitimate tanking bracers.

Alot of your gearing questions could be answered by the thread on Paladin Best in Slot (http://www.tankspot.com/forums/f97/47042-best-slot-paladin-tanking-gear-glance.html) gear. The 25man section has now been updated to Ulduar gear, but the principles and general directions are there to see.

Been out of pally tanking for a while.. but why the hell would you want glyph of salvation? I cant think of a time as a tank i would want to reduce my threat...

Alot of people will use this cause of the 20% reduce damage... i dont personal cause its pointless and could be spent better elsewhere... but as a paladin tank you really shouldn't have a problem with threat and you should have enough threat to use the hand in a fight

On Omen, my threat normally looks something like this:

===Jayson===100%====
=Drisin=60%=

So using Glyph of Salvation means I take 20% less damage while not really affecting my threat at all. Also, there are plenty of times I am tanking something that no one else is going to attack for a while, in that case it is entirely free damage reduction.

At the start of a fight i could see being able to get away with it, but later in a fight i see it causing a huge threat loss
