Help me understand how much armor pen!

Hey guys,

Need some help. Been wracking my brains trying to understand how much armor pen i need for my arms spec. Not really sure what rating i need after you factor in battle stance and mace spec. Searched around alot and just cant seem to grasp it.

Just want to get some confirmation before i go spend a wack of gold on armor pen gems
