I am a tank first and foremost and have been since beta but with my time constraints I cannot main tank so I am the OT a good portion of the time.

OK I need some help figuring out a good fury build to help out the raid and have semi competitive dps. I would go arms but the current fury warrior(we only have one other) is going arms in 3.1 so I was wondering some specs I should consider and why.

My main goal is to give the rest of the dps/MT/healers help with any abilities or talents I can grab. Since I am not focussing on my DPS gear as much(though Ive worked hard to make it competitive) I will be saving my DKP for tank pieces and would rather the gear go to a raid member that is strictly dps than me.

So what can I do to have good dps, not have to have the best gear, and give the raid any boosts or help I could provide.

My primary raiding DPS build is 18/53/0 = The World of Warcraft Armory (http://www.wowarmory.com/talent-calc.xml?cid=1&tal=3400300023300000000000000000000325000005500312 053120511351000000000000000000000000000). This is what I was using pre-3.1. I haven't tested it since release, but it worked beautifully prior to patch (I was consistently in the top 3 on DPS meter). This build is focused strictly on DPS, with the only real "survivability" talent being Deflection. That being said, this spec would probably put you on the manifest for the phailboat should you attempt to PvP with it, I don't do PvP so it works for me. I assume by "working hard to make your gear competitive" you are referring to in guild/raid DPS competition. If I am correct in assuming this, than this build should work well. However, if by "competitive" you mean PvP, you may wish to look elsewhere for a DPS build.

As for glyphs, I would suggest WW, HS, Execution (Major), and Enduring Victory, Battle, and Bloodrage (Minor).

Hope this helps!
