Frost Survivability Build

Hey Guys,

With Ulduar, I want to start with a talent build that focuses mainly on survivability (of course, not to the point of ridiculous threat losses) Anyone have any thoughts on this build?

(And yes, I know that Lichborn doesn't give the 25% chance to miss, but another sleep/stun/fear breaker can be usefull, imnsho)

I would consider Chill of the Grave instead of Merciless Combat. DeathChill could be a good choice over lichbourne, but unless you have another cc breaker, lichbourne is a better use of a point than wasting a trinket spot.

I find it reassuring that there are a few people out there that seem to have close to the same spec in mind as I do :)
