3.1 Prot Warrior Tanking Build which should I do??

So linked below are 2 different specs for prot warrior tanking, my 2nd spec I think to start off with will be a DPS spec though after watching Cider's video the UA build may be given a whirl

Anyway I'm fully 25 man geared out and will be tanking 25 man's going in.

This build was what I was planning on switching to.

I will be either the MT or the OT for just about every fight in 3.1, feedback is greatly appreciated and much needed since I'm not sure which to do.

Also there will be another Warrior Tank and probably 80% + a Fury Warrior with us as well

Starting into Ulduar, you may want to go 5/8/58 just to err on the safe side. As you become more comfortable with the fights, revert back to a deep wounds build. The UA build is nice, but not suited for tanking on a daily basis for new content in my opinion.
