Recruiting:

*Death Knight - DPS - You excel at single target, as well as aoe damage. You theorycraft the constantly changing mechanics of your class to squeeze every bit of dps out.
* Druid - Feral - You dps and also carry a valid dual tank spec. You know your skill priorities down to a science. You know how to itemize for max output. You have the skill to tank progression content.
* Hunter - Marksmanship - You are a student of your class. You know how to gem and spec to maximize productivity.
* Rogue - Combat - You are supremely competent in your abilities. You are open to criticism and actively theorycraft the mechanics of your class.
* Warrior - Protection (Fury or Arms dual spec) - You are comfortable with tanking progression content. You are a master of your class. You actively research what is expected of your role in the raid. You carry a very good dual spec for fights where you are not expected to tank.

Exceptional players from all classes are free to apply. If you are a pro player and a good person, you can earn a raid spot. However, the listed classes have highest priority due to synergistic needs. We recruit raiders to raid. If you cannot maintain 80% attendance (3-4 days per week), do not waste your time or ours.

About Exoria:

Hello prospective members! Exoria is a PVE focused end-game guild that resides on Drak'Tharon. We are a mature and tight-knit guild whose core have been playing together since Beta. In Exoria, we not only value high skill amongst our members, but high quality of the person behind the character. Raid progression before WotLK was 4/6 Sunwell before nerf 3.0.

What Exoria is looking for:

*Mature players with a team mentality - If you want to join just to further your own character, and could care less about the people you raid with; this is not the guild for you.
*Players with the ability to pay attention and focus during raids - If you would rather be texting, IMing, or watching TV during a raid, and frequently miss call outs or die as a result, look elsewhere.
*Progression minded players - Loot's nice, but its a means to an end, that end being the successful downing of the most difficult and trying content in the game.
*Responsibility towards attendance - 100% attendance is certainly ideal, but RL happens. We require all members and recruits to notify the guild if any raids will be missed.
*A constant drive to become better - Unenchanted, ungemmed gear? Probably not the guild for you.

DKP System:

Our DKP system works on a Public Open-Bid system and is explained further here: Exoria DKP System (http://www.exoriaguild.net/forums.php?m=posts&q=1350)

To Apply:

All applicants are required to apply on our recruitment forums: Exoria - Recruitment (http://exoriaguild.net/forums.php?m=topics&s=16)
