Dear Mr. Deathbinger:
Look, I'm sure you have a nice guild and are looking to recruit some awesome players to make all your epic dreams come true and that's really great. That said, try and clean up your spelling and grammar if you really want to attract good people to your guild because you recruitment post above is, frankly, awful.
