Replace my helmet ASAP?

I can't get a Vital Protection to drop, or win the roll against 90 other warr/shaman/druid for T7.5, so I'm wondering how much benefit I will see from replacing my helm with the Tempered Titansteel.

Thoughts?

Also, general comments about areas I can improve enchants/gems would be much appreciated, although entirely not necessary in the context of this thread.

Apologies, but can you at least tell us what your helm is now? A lot of people (at work, etc) can't see Armory links.
