Sorry I'm not good at the math and could use help

I know my hit is low...I have great mitigation on 10 man nax...don't have threat issues, but want to be the best that I can be.... anyways, if you'd check me out and tell me if I need to switch some gems around to get some extra hit or exp. let me know what you guys think...I appreciate the help. Sorry for the long drawn out sentences, It's seven in the morning and haven't gone to bed yet :)

i'd say some more expertice, since you need 6.5% to remove dodge :) then 16% or so for parry, but its hard to reach that number with out dumping other stats.. so just try get some expertice along with new gear. Perhaps change 8dodge/12stam with 8exp/12stam ? :)
