Am I naxx ready?

I have spent a significant amount of time grinding heroics to get emblems. I don't have the red sword of courage and I don't have good bracers. That really bothers me. I am getting new bracers from a guildmate (the dalaran parapet ones) in a couple of days so that should help. Anyway...will I have any problems in Naxx? I have not even stepped foot in it yet. I've been watching the tankspot video's..I just don't want to be the reason the group wipes.

Your gear looks fine for naxx...question...you have the rep with wyrmrest, why aren't you wearing the cloak and boots? Both would be better than what you are showing to be wearing...

I just switched out the cloak...decided to give this one a try for the block value (still have the old one with a +16 defense enchant). I am using those boots for the stamina..mine was kinda low before hand.
