Infallible is a raiding guild on Eonar, a PVE EST Server. At the moment we are currently farming all content (Sartharion 3D included) and have a need to fill in gaps in our raiding roster. While we are always on the lookout for exceptional applications, we have immediate openings for the following:

[1] Mage
[1] Hunter
[1] Rogue
[1] Warlock

A little bit about Infallible: We raid four nights a week, Monday-Thursday from 7:30pm to 12:00pm. Infallible's roots started two years ago early in TBC, forming around the introduction of Karazhan and going strong ever since. We've picked up considerable speed from the early days of SSC/TK, BT/Hyjal, Sunwell, and now WotLK content, and can ensure a stable environment for both raiding and relaxing. We ranked fourth on our server with our Sartharion 3 Drakes kill, and plan on improving that with the upcoming release of Uldaur.

At Infallible, we understand the changing pace of the game, and as such we're not content with simply farming instances in a matter of a few nights and calling it a week - we are actively pursuing raiding achievements and relative "hard modes" of encounters. We are currently the furthest progressed on our server with Heroic: Glory of the Raider, with notable achievements like 6-minute Malygos and Sartharion 3D under our belts. As of this post, the only achievement a good majority of our raiders are missing is "The Immortal", but it is something that we are actively pushing for every week in Naxxramas.

Our guild atmosphere is very nonchalant, and we enjoy joking around, but when we raid we get serious, and we expect you to do the same. On weeknights and weekends we run several pick-up 10-mans, 25-man VoAs, heroics, etc etc. These are optional, but it's just an idea that we don't exist solely on those four nights a week.

What we expect from you: Skill, dedication, and a willingness to challenge and better yourself under any circumstances. We expect that your skill will be up to par with any of our other current raiders, and encourage competitiveness and drive to push yourself to become more efficient and better at adapting to any fight or any role. To give an example, we have a running competition for DPS every week for fights like Patchwerk - while this may seem like e-peen flexing, we find that healthy competition fosters a creative guild atmosphere and constantly keeps our raiders striving for their potential, regardless of content.

We expect that as a raider you're dedicated to sticking around for the long-haul. We're not interested in gearing you up for two weeks only to have you flake out, so know what you're getting into before you apply. As I mentioned before, we're constantly striving for achievements and challenge, so you should be prepared to take on hard-modes or other meta achievements alongside everyone else. If this isn't something you're interested in, please don't bother applying. We're also not particularly keen on "hired guns" - people who show up only for raids and disappear when we're not raiding. It's understandable to have work, hobbies, or other obligations, but we would like that our members be a bit more active in our guild atmosphere than just raids.

We don't want this application to discourage someone from applying who isn't particularly well-geared or isn't online 24 hours a day - we can be very accommodating of schedules and gear, provided you have the skill and raiding desire to back it up. Uldaur is something that is still a few months down the road, so we have plenty of time to gear you up and get you comfortable with our raiding environment before we hit the progression raiding block again. That said, it would be best to apply sooner than later.

You can go register on our forums and use the application stickied at the top to apply. Please mention if you are a cross-server application so we can stay in touch with you easier.

We are still actively seeking one final healer to cement our roster. Preference on a holy paladin.
