Frost tank looking for advice.

Hi, I'm new to posting at tankspot. I was wondering if anyone could take a look at my spec/gear and give me suggestions on what, if anything to change.

I'm currently on the fence about whether to change out Rune of Swordshattering - Spell - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=53323) on my weapon for Rune of the Stoneskin Gargoyle - Spell - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=62158).

What is everyone's opinion on this? Is losing the avoidance worth picking up the stam it would offer?

I'm pretty comfortable with my spec as it stands currently but if anyone has any suggestions I'm definitely willing to hear them.

Swap enchants and replace Seal of the Pantheon with a better trinket. If you swap it for a Valor Medal of the First War it's flat out gain in every category, or it gives you the flexibility to choose another stamina trinket if you have access to one, etc.

Replace your def gems or enchants with stam\avoidance imo. You need 530 def, with Sigil of the Unfaultering Knight. There is no reason to be capped with a 30 second uptime, no cooldown, on a 13 second rotation, 10.3 defense buff. (Breaths)
