Naxx 25 Man...Am I Ready?

I would appreciate it if you guys can check out my armory and see where I can make some improvements.

Besides Keystone Great Ring from Drak, and possibly Essence of Gossamer from AN, what else can I do to improve my gear? And if I don't get that gear, can I tank Naxx 25 as is?
