as in chest piece and shield and wrist and gloves?

for chest so far i found 22 def is best enchant for it same thing with the shield... is there better enchants for those two pieces? and for gloves i cant really find anything good and for wrist so far i found the 20 def enchant is the best enchant for it. so is there any better enchants for prot paladin should have or just stick with those?

here is my armory just in case...
The World of Warcraft Armory (http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Durotan&n=Muath)

and also if anyone (Possibly) know the mats for the new Enchant Bracer - Major Stamina (+40 Stam) and Enchant Weapon - Titanguard (+75 Stam) so i can start farming them before the patch comes out.

and im also working to get the bracers of last boss in Old Kingdom Heroic and The trinket in Azjul-Nerub Heroic the one with 111 stamina and the one of Loken HoL Regular and tanking libram of Heroic QM.

Thanks in adavnce and for your time.

Once you get a set of epic bracers, the 15 expertise enchant is golden. Stamina or block value to shield would be nice also. Gloves the 2% threat 10 parry or strength or 15 expertise would all be good choices.

Shield:

Formula: Enchant Shield - Major Stamina - Item - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=28282)

Enchant Shield - Tough Shield - Spell - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=27944)

Gloves:

Formula: Enchant Gloves - Armsman - Item - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=44485)

Enchant Gloves - Expertise - Spell - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=44484#taught-by-npc)

Wrist:

Enchant Bracers - Expertise - Spell - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=44598)

That is until the 40 stam for bracer comes out.

Thanks for quick answer.... so basically i have to keep Def above 540... but what does more def should do to you? does it decrease the damage you receive from mobs? and what's so great about Expertise? and also i got those

Royal Crest of Lordaeron - Item - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=43085)

in my bag, not sure if i use it over titansteel or not... sorry for asking many questions because i keep hearing many different answers like def is more important than everything and people always pick tank with higher def.

Well defense is nice because it gives you more raw avoidance, but i tend to stick around 540/545 so i can boost my tps. Expertise lowers the chance that the mob dodges or parries your attacks basically. The more Expertise you do the more threat you generate. And yes i would use that shield over the crafted one.

Forgive me if I'm wrong but most of Pally Tank's threat is spell related correct? Expertise wouldn't help that too much would it? Just about all damage expect for the melee swings is holy damage and that cannot be dodged or parried. I would hold up on the expertise and get more stamina or even strength for increasing threat and survivability. Definitely cap hit before you worry about expertise as well.

lol tanks can be built to too many ways, it just get little complicated sometimes. im going to mess around with my 16 def gems and replace them with 8 def/12 stam to some of them and add
Formula: Enchant Gloves - Armsman - Item - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=44485) to my gloves just not sure about shield because i will lose 7 def w/o the def enchant and dropping some yellow gems will drop it down more...hmm... i have to play around with this one

ShotR and Hammer are both effected by Expertise. Same with melee swings and our seals landing. The only major thing we have that doesnt benifit from expertise is Consecration - Spell - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=26573)

I'll have to keep an eye out for those abilites getting parried and such. Still Hit>Expertise :P

it's ShoR... not ShotR :p
And it can't be parried of dodged :P

Anyway, expertise is still a good stat for paladin tanks because it lowers the amount of parry haste gained by the attacking mob.
Though I agree that hit is far better for threat gen :)

I think there's also a 6 stats enchant for bracers :)
