My guild currently uses EQDKP, but its not realy updated to work with wotlk, any suggestion on other softwares?

NRT works well and exports in EQDKP format so you can keep your old dkp website.

You mean the ingame loot tracking? I've been using Headcount, and while it's not 100% up to date, I heard the author was planning on sorting it out soon.

my prior guild uses DKPSystem.com (http://www.dkpsystem.com) with good success. It has an in game mod for looting/DKP and what not.

gildenDKP.com uses eqdkp, but mods/updates it themselves, I believe it has DK support

Now is EQDKP-plus ... it is supported with Wotlk...If you download this program you find inside a folder WoW addons to easy convert dkp from game to your website. Addon called CTRaid_tracker. It si really simple.
