What items to grab for the level grind?

I have been trying to get the Figurine from Shattered Halls. No luck. Im a few K rep from exalted and never seen it. :(

Any other suggestions for items I can get that are more levelling/grinding oriented rather than tank oriented?

Which would be best to use with my Shield of Impenetrable Darkness?
Thunderfury (executioner)
Rage (executioner)
King's Defender (mongoose)
Quickblade from Magisters Kael (unenchanted atm)

or is there another weapon out there that I should grab? What enchant would be best?

My limits are: would have to pug everything. No pugs available for BT, SSC, or TK. Even if I can get in a pug, obviously there is the whole random aspect to actually acquiring said items.

I would probably go with Rage just because of the higher damage on the weapon. My only doubt would be whether the slow speed would work out. Perhaps have a play about with it.

Another option is the axe from Zul'jin (Cleaver of the Unforgiving (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=33476)) or the sword from Akilzon (Akilzon's Talonblade (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=33214)) Zul'Aman PUGs shouldn't be so difficult to come by though and there are other upgrades you could pick up while you're in there.

In terms of enchants, I'd stick with Executioner. The armor pen really helps every move you do. Another option is Potency, but in my opinion Executioner definitely has the edge.
