Crushed by bosses

For some reason when I am main tanking I am taking way to many crushing blows. I am hitting shield block everytime it is up, but getting hit for 8 - 10K. I am at 75.17% combined dodge,block,parry and miss. Defense is at 503, armor is unbuffed at 16434. I know I am hitting shield block and can not figure out what I am missing. Any help would be great, thanks.

if the bosses eat your shield block charges too fast I guess you're getting a high amount of parries, so expertise is the way tho go ;o what content are you currently tanking tho?

also are there any dps attacking him from the front? (spells don't matter but melee does)

We are doing SSC and TK. Noticed it first when trying to tank Lady Vashj, but have seen it when tanking A'lar and VR. On some fights there are melee attaching from the front and some not.
