Need Advice

With my guild trying to progress as every guild should, as one of the few true tanks that are available to us, what some things that I need to change to become better.

Gear?
Gems?
Enchants?

I know that I need to get rid of the bow for the gun, working on mats.

Any help that you guys can offer would be great.

First off, i hate to sound like a stam stacker... oh wait.... Stack + 12 stam gems in your gear, every socket.

Second, Replace your Neck - Shattered Sun Neck with expertise

Replace the glyph on your helm, get revered with Caverns of time and get that helm enchant.

Run heroic MGT - get both the stam trinket and the Expertise trinket

Farm badges - replace in this order

Belt
Legs
Gloves
Ring

Each gets 12 stam gems

2% threat enchant on gloves

And that gets you pretty much set....
