What improvments can I make?

Im a tank in a guild that is currently gearing up for SWP. Allthought we have only killed Illidan once so far but everything below him is on farm. Most of the time Im offtanking, tanking easier bosses somethimes. I just want to know what you guys think about my gemming/enchanting, my gear and what uppgrades I can get and my char in general.

you can pay some gold and upgrade those stam gems to epix :)

You could spend badges and get Bracers of the Ancient Phalanx

You can spend badges and get Ring of the Stalwart Protector
