Equip upgrade advice please

Hi guys,

I am currently falling in between that gap where I just seem to not be up to scratch with heroics but there maybe little left for me quest and normal instance wise to bump myself up. I was wondering if there is any advice you could give me please for upgrades that I maybe unaware of.

I think you are fine for heroics, but since you asked... The Devilshark Cape from SV, Nightstrike and the ring from Mgt, and the belt from the Arc key quest line would all be upgrades worth the effort.
