Dagger MH threat?

I have Prowler's Strikeblade - Item - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=33298) and thought about using it for my threat set. But with the Dagger Devastate conundrum, would it still be better to use The Sun Eater - Item - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=29362?)

There isn't a huge difference in base DPS between the dagger and the sword, but the dagger grants power and armour pen. The math could work out in the dagger's favour in the end.
