View Full Version : Advice requested
Hello all and first let me thank all of you that have spent a lot of time and energy pulling all of this information together for us prospective tanks out here. I know I am a little low in level here, Lvl 62, but I have just respected to protection after a long run as 2H arms, I still miss my Whirlwind Sword , and I have 8 more levels to gear up to be the best I can be and I would like some input into my current setup and advice about where I need to work on myself. I have main tanked Ramps once with 2 other guild mates, a pick up DPS and a good Healer and we did quite well but I know I need some help so I am here asking the Pro’s. Here is the link to my WoW Armory page Fila (http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Arygos&n=Fila) I have worked mostly on my Stam, and Armor level as I am a solo act a lot while leveling up but have started to add to my Def gear buffs. Thanks in advance for your help.
Well, there have now been over 30 views of my post but not one comment, am I really that bad that its not worth commenting on?

Get to 70, then worry about it.
I can, and will wait till 70 if thats what is needed, but I was hoping for some advice, to complement all the reading I am doing on the site, that might reduce the ammount of work I need to do to rebuild myself at 70.

Make a plan while levelling based off that, hit all the instances you need to to get to 70, work on your reputations with the factions you need items from. Hit up all the quests for the gear, some are long chains some you might have to wait a few levels for. Don't buy any of the crap tanking greens from the AH. Save your money for 70. Obviously the second thread, Berg's list includes gear way above what you want to be looking for, just use the lower parts of the lists to find what you need.
Dont be afraid to look up gear on wowwiki.com or wowhead.com to find out where it comes from.
If you plan it out, you'll hit 70 with a nice set of tanking gear ready to go.
