endless rage bloodfrenzy?

I have seen the heroic strike build where you don't pick up imp slam, but I have yet to try it. I was wondering if anyone has ever tried, or heard of an endless rage build for BF.
Is this just retarded, or possibly a good solution for latency, and or lack of enh shammy?
