you should be fine for the start, however latter parts you will have problems, for example your dodge needs boosting a fair bit for prince to be come viable.
I would say, mongoose on the sword, or even better run Heroic mech and get the sun eater and mongoose on both, (sun eater being to help boost your avoidence for prince).
Shiled is fine.
Helm looks fine, thoguh at the stage you are at dont gem for hit, either go for Stam to boost your EH, or go for stam/def to boost the avoidence and EH by a smaller amount, when Hit becomes important you will find it apears on the gear, sure its great for threat, but if you not tanking then threat isn't worth much is it :)
Shoulders should have the aldor/scryer enchant on it forget stam, you need the avoidence and then stack stam in the gems on it instead of the def which you have then traded out, the regem and enchant would give you a overall avoidence and stam boost. Thoguh grind out the rep to get exhulted as almost there and the enchant is great.
Cloak is fine.
the enchant on the chest is gonna be down to personal pref, but seeing as you are a bit close on the EH id personally swap to a 150 HP enchant, but either should work.
New bracers are needed, either the kara attumen ones or there is:
Sha'tari Wrought Armguards - Item - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=28167)
those are really nice and a quest reward. PVP gear is a last resort and should not be used if there are good quest rewards available.
Gloves look fine though go more armour or threat or agi enchant rather than strength, strength is very low priority stat when tanking.
Belt is fine.
Legs are fine.
Boots again would try to replace with:
Flesh Beast's Metal Greaves - Item - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=29325)
Again thats another quest and very good boots, will also help to boost eh avoidence you have.
Rings will be a case of time for the Kara rep one and there is another:
Protector's Mark of the Redemption - Item - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=31078)
Quest reward again witha slight threat boost on it.
Trinkets look fine to start with.
in short you should be ok to go tanking in there, but there is a few things that you could do yourself to boost their confidence in you and make life easier. The problem you have, I think, from a quick look at the guild is there are other tanks with better gear available, so while you can tank there in what you have, they will want to go with what they know will be easier, do every thing you can to get gear and enchant/gem it to the best it can be and you will find they let you tank i reacon.
Best of luck.

Np. Glad you had a good run in there :) Nothing greater than the first few raids where you tank, still yet to top it myself.

It all depends on who you run with, I believe.
With friends, I've downed everything but Netherspite (ran out of time, didn't try) as MT, wearing less than this (http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Alexstrasza&n=Impertinenta) (without Shermanar, Vambraces, T4 gloves).
Whenever I reply to "LFM Tank for kara", I'm told that it's impossible with me as a tank. Problem is, most people going to Karazhan expect either full T5 or 300+ badges worth of stuff on you so they can sit back and rely on the tank to carry their S1-ass through it in less than 2 1/2 hours. Rather frustrating amounts of idiots out there.
