View Full Version : Taith - A Farewell to Arms (Prot PvP)

Hey, some of you may know me be now, some may not. But I had originally posted this in the Shield Slam records thread, but Ciderhelm directed me here instead. :p So, here I am! And I have a movie. It's my first real crack at a PvP movie, so, naturally it's a bit lacking/sloppy visually. On the whole I think I did an alright job, and hope you guys enjoy it.

I highly recommend downloading to watch it, the framerate is really low on the Veoh stream.

Going to be on WCM sometime in the next few days.

How's that shield working in pvp/pve for you? I was using Merciless and getting points to get my sword in 3 more years (lolsuckyarenas :( ) but since i might not even get a chance to get the sword, i might just take the shield =3

It works really nice, until the Sunwell patch, it was in the top two best PvP Shield Slam shields.

Nicely done Taith. Makes me want to brush the dust off my warrior. Was good to play with you in WSG the other day. I'll camp the Horde gy with you and Carth any day. Hope to see you around again sometime.

Forgive the noobness but what is the ability on the - key, the same one that lights up on the right side 3 places?

Thanks for the comment, Ayir. :D And that's Auto-Attack, Bone.

haha, ok that would explain why it's going off so frequently and why I've never seen anything that looked like that.

ha nice =) how much block value at all you have?

In the PvP gear I use in that video, with nothing active, I have about 712. It's a little low, mainly because I try to keep a substantial amount of crit when I PvP.
