SSO Neck -vs- Brooch

Hello,
I just hit exalted with the Shattered Sun Offensive last night and got the shield.

I was looking at the Shattered Sun Pendant of Resolve (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=34680) and comparing it to Brooch of Deftness (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=33296).

The Pendant has 9 less hit and 3 less expertise. However, the pendant has a proc of 100 Dodge or Expertise.

I'm over the dodge cap on Expertise, but I'd prefer the dodge even if I wasn't.
However, I'm Scryer and I'm not even exalted with them yet.
So I am getting ahead of myself, but I was looking for feedback.

Brooch, IMO

Brooch is better, but if you have other better upgrades via badges the SSO neck isn't a bad choice til the Brooch becomes the next best badge purchase.
