Ive recently started trying to gear up for Khara. Been running 5 mans alot and doing quests. I was hoping to get some suggestions gear / spec wise.

Im working on getting the quest trinket from Netherstorm to replace the bladefists, as well as replacing the blue sta ring.

I'm no Kara specialist (as I haven't been there yet :) ) but your gear is very similar to mine link here (http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Burning+Legion&n=Barkskalle). What I've been told is to get defense up to 490, but other than that you're gear should be fine.

Get Dabiri's Enigma that's the one in Netherstorm I think

and the rings to get is either of
Iron Band of the Unbreakable from LT Drake in Old Hillsbrad
Andormu's Tear from the Black Morass quest
Protector's Mark of the Redemption shadowmoon quest, don't remember which one.
Or farm Arcatraz for Elementium Band of the Sentry

Any 2 of those should probably do it for you.

With 478 Def and 32 Res, you are covered as far as Crit is concerned. Your Armor is fine for starting Kara, though I think you could work on your Stamina a bit. Remember, in almost every situation, straight Stam gems will serve you better than socket bonuses.
