Need advice on my next badge purchase

Below is my armory profile. I'm usually relegated to offtank in Kara since my gear sucks. My other gear I have at my disposal includes Crest of the Sha'tar, Sun Eater, Jade-Skull Breastplate, Bracers of the Green Fortress, the three crafted Fel Steel pieces. I'm close to having the mats to make Helm of the Stalwart Defender.

I've got the Brooch of Deftness and I can buy the Phalanx bracers, but I've already got the Vambraces of Courage and it would seem a waste to upgrade epic bracers with another epic bracer. What would be the best bang for the buck upgrade for me next.
P.S. Yes, I need to gem/enchant a couple of pieces of my gear and I'm working on it.

Also...is my build ok?

General consensus on badge purchases for tanks seems to be either legs or chest as biggest overall improvement. I woul save up for one of those, or if you aren't very patient (like me) I'd go for the cloak. Will help your armor and stam. My two cents, anyway.

if your gearing yourself up to be MT one day id say go for legs first then the girdle. your HP will fricken sky rocket.
