Tank Trinkets

I was wondering if anyone has objections to using both the Lunacy and Furies Deck at the same time for both trinket spots? They both are 4th and the top Trinket list i think for tanking and really adds a ton of health. Are there good reasons to not do this if you can still have your defense around 500? Thanks for any thoughts.

Also could someone link me a quick Resilience to Def equation?

A lot of tanks that can afford it use both trinkets, certainly no problem sporting the top Sta trinkets in game at the same time.

I personally enjoy having one "Oh $#!*" trinket -- it is worth it to me to keep a trinket around that may prevent a wipe if a healer isn't paying attention or there is a sudden damage spike versus having a little more padding. But it may be fight dependent too.
