2.3 Devastate Goal Not Met.

For further clarification, the idea is that it will provide the threat of Sunder Armor and Devastate and replace Sunder Armor. Hopefully all you number crunchers come to the same conclusion when you get a chance to test it. :-)

According to initial parsing from Kazeyonoma and Firstblood (Fame), this does not appear to be the case. Devastate does not appear to have it's Innate Threat buffed.

Fully consolidating these abilities as intended would be appreciated.

Has anyone tested how much threat tactical mastery adds to the fury/arms 30 point talent? Could there potentially be merit in going hybrid with a TPS build?

If you haven't already Link, go to the theory forums, or the other front page message from cider, Fame/Satrina/ and myself all did some parsing on it. Nothing clear cut yet.
