1. Research it

- Read about it
- Watch videos

Where should I research?
- Wowwiki - New High level Dungeons (http://www.wowwiki.com/World_of_Warcraft:_The_Burning_Crusade#New_high-level_dungeons)
- Bosskillers.com (http://www.bosskillers.com/)
- WorldofWarcraft.com - Raiding Forums
(http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/board.html?forumId=11126&sid=1)
2. Run it

- Find a guild more progressive than yours
- Be nice to them
- Run 1 or 2 raids with them
- Make certain your guild knows this is the purpose

3. Review it

- Discuss the strategies you are going to use with guildmates
- Discuss the strategies you are going to use with people outside the guild
- Listen to their feedback

The Moral of the Story

Never "wing" it.

I have to disagree, no 2 guilds kill any fight in the same way. You should really try to get pulls in and learn for yourself. 99% of most fights you can pick up relativly quick with first hand experience. Just because you get the fight doesnt mean the rest of your raid will.
