Sailing through Wowhead I found this post:

There is a list of gear which would put you with passive inmunity to crushing blows. Nice to see that list still includes Styleen's scarab ^^

I still haven't found anything I'd really replace it for as yet.

I swap the other slot out depending on the fight, but Styleen's is always equipped unless I'm farming.

I farm with full block value gear, so Styleen is still in place xD

I alternate depending on what it is. For squishie stuff, I put on my rather subpar DW Fury gear and go to town with HS/Dev spam. Doing dailies has been better in SBV gear though.
